Title - Deeper We Fall #1 Fall and Rise
Author - Chelsea M. Cameron
Genre - Contemporary, Romance, Funny, New Adult, NA
Source - NetGalley
Synopsis - Two years after her best friend was involved in a car accident that caused a traumatic brain injury, Lottie Anders is ready to start her freshman year of college. Ready to move on. Ready to start forgetting the night that ripped her life apart.
Zack is cruel, selfish and constantly rubbing what happened to her friend in Lottie's face.
Zan is different. He listens to her awkward ramblings. He loves "To Kill a Mockingbird" as much as she does, and his dark eyes are irresistible. His words are few and far between, but when he does speak, she can't help but listen.
The trouble is, Zan was the driver in the accident, and now Lottie's discovered he lied to her about what happened that night. Now she must decide if trusting him again will lead to real forgiveness, or deeper heartache.
Chelsea Cameron your book is amazing!
Wow.
This book was SO good. It was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.
I wasn't expecting a lot from Deeper We Fall, and maybe that's why I love it so much. The characters were written to perfection. I loved everything about them. Lottie, Zan, Audrey, Will, Simon, Katie, Stryker, Trish, Lottie's mum and even asshole Zach. Oh I forgot the name of Zan's social worker, and I really loved her too. :(
Lottie, I don't think I've ever met a character quite like her. Super infectious. I couldn't help but warm up to her really quickly. Her relationship with her twin brother and his best friend constantly made me smile and by the end of the book the gang really did feel like a family.

Zan felt like Lottie's soul-mate. You know those werewolf books were wolves find there mates...
There love of 'The Mocking Bird', which I've never read or seen before, was cute. I loved how it kept getting mentioned and also Rumi the poet. The fact that they both had so much in common was squeal worthy.
Chelsea Cameron managed to take an average plot, the synopsis totally didn't do it justice, but write it in such a way that it blew your mind.
A definite new adult favourite of mine.
Chelsea Cameron an author to look out for.
5/5 for Deeper We Fall
